The next QR scan keeps the whole line moving.

Each scan tells ShootGrid whose photos are coming next. When you scan the following client, the previous session can export, publish, and deliver automatically.

Tether your way

Capture directly with ShootGrid, or use Lightroom Classic Tethered Capture when editing is part of the workflow.

03

Your look on import

In Lightroom, apply your chosen import preset as each photo arrives so delivered images already have your finished style.

04

Collections build themselves

The Lightroom plug-in creates and switches client collections from each QR scan instead of making you stop and organize.

05

Delivery starts while you shoot

The previous client’s photos export to a private gallery and their link is sent while you begin photographing the next person.

Made for volume

Built for the jobs where stopping costs you the line.

ShootGrid removes the repeated naming, sorting, exporting, uploading, and messaging between clients.

Straight answers

What happens on a live job?

Still deciding? Email support@shootgrid.com.

Does ShootGrid require Lightroom?

No. ShootGrid works standalone for tethered capture and gallery delivery. Lightroom Classic is optional when you want its tethered capture, collections, and import presets.

How does a client get their QR code?

Before the shoot, send clients to signup.shootgrid.com. They complete the Photo Pass form and show the QR code it creates. Scan that code with ShootGrid Scan to make them the active client.

When does the previous gallery send?

Scanning the next client’s QR code ends the active session and queues the previous client’s finished photos for export and delivery. Timing depends on image size and internet speed, but the workflow is designed for delivery within minutes.

Can Lightroom apply my preset automatically?

Yes. Choose your normal Lightroom import preset when starting tethered capture. Lightroom applies it as each photo arrives before ShootGrid exports the gallery.

Does the client need to install an app?

No. Clients use a signup form and open their private gallery link in a normal web browser. The mobile scanner app is for the photographer’s workflow.
