Subscriptions renew automatically
Monthly and annual ShootGrid subscriptions renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. Applicable taxes and clearly disclosed usage-based charges may be added. Your renewal date and invoices are available in the billing portal.
How to cancel
Sign in at portal.shootgrid.com, open Manage Billing, and cancel before the next renewal date. You may also emailsupport@shootgrid.com from the account email address. A cancellation is complete when the billing portal or ShootGrid confirms it.
Access after cancellation
Cancellation does not end access immediately. Your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period already paid. Hosted galleries then receive a seven-day grace period. After that grace period, galleries, downloads, ZIP creation, uploads, and print checkout are suspended. Gallery files remain recoverable for 90 days so resubscribing can restore access. Operational copies are then deleted according to theData Retention Policy.
Refunds
Except where law requires otherwise, subscription charges are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation. Contact us within 14 days if you believe a charge is duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect. If a material ShootGrid service failure cannot be corrected, we may provide a credit or refund appropriate to the affected period. Refunds for a photographer’s print or photography sale are the photographer’s responsibility unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.
Plan changes and taxes
The billing portal shows the effective date and amount for an upgrade or downgrade before it is confirmed. We may change future subscription prices with advance notice; a new price will not apply before the next stated renewal. Taxes are calculated from the information provided at checkout and applicable tax registrations. You are responsible for keeping billing and tax information accurate.
